Tainá takes you on a journey that opens up our consciousness on how we process food. She developed a three-course meal that will be entirely prepared without producing any waste.
My kitchen is a mixture of experiences I made around the world – strongly influenced by Japanese cuisine. I always try to cook in a way to influence are lives positively. This could come with a poem, an art work, a feeling or is very often inspired by nature.
Important to me is the Japanese conept of recycling, reusing, reducing and not wasting food, that is called ‘mottainai’.
