Patricia Cotton is a change catalyst, mentor and keynote speaker on topics related to individual and organizational transformation, innovation and creative leadership. Patricia has recently founded Upside Down Thinking, which helps individuals and companies to transform new ideas and intuitive knowledge into reality through unusual processes and inverted thinking.

After working during ten years as a Marketing executive in several industries, Patricia went on a global journey of her own as she explored the topic of change and what it means for organizations and leaders. Through interviews with top CEO’s, weeks at a Buddhist retreat, and reading literature that spans hundreds of years, Patricia’s research (“Upside Down Thinking: how to systemize audacious change”) focuses on a new perspective of change and how to embrace it.
