Agora Collective launched exciting new Pop Up Dinner Series as part of the new initiative Agora Food. Agora Food is a platform that explores current approaches towards food. Agora’s kitchen is transforming – part studio, part laboratory – it has become a place where notions of collaboration, self-organisation and sustainability are put into practice.
The pop up series showcase the work of a different chef in the form of an exclusive dinner. Each chef is chosen based on their originality and eagerness to push the boundaries of food innovation in various ways. From all corners of the globe, the chefs present guests with a diverse range of food experiences, from European soul food to Latin American haute cuisine.
