OVERWORKED? STRESSED OUT? FEELING PRESSURE?
This event is for entrepreneurs, freelancers and other busy people that have a demanding job or task at hand. Studies show that many people are experiencing constant pressure, information-overload and hyper-diversity. These factors hamper you to operate at your full potential and are often considered as stressors. These workshop is a step towards developing this potential. We will start with your work-performance.
This is a half-day training. The content will be interactively designed and will partly depend on your input and your actual problems. We will run as a series of exercises, so come prepared to explore, engage and interact. The training last from 11am to 4pm. Lunch will be prepared by the Agora Staff at around 13:30.
