STRAVAGANZA Agora Collective for Project Space Festival Berlin

web banner stravaganza

STRAVAGANZA is the title of the work developed by Agora Collective for the Project Space Festival Berlin. STRAVAGANZA is a series of site-specific installations and performative actions – a festival within a festival – that examines the topics of festivity and its icons.

For STRAVAGANZA, Agora Collective repurposes everyday day materials of the kitchen, garden and workspace through works of sculpture, performance and installation. Usually working in other venues like Freies Museum, Instituto Cervantes, L´Atelier-KSR and Saalbau Gallerie, this is the first time that the in-house collective has made a show responding to its own building in Neukölln.

Agora Collective is a group of artists based in Agora. From project to project a new group is formed – for this show the collective is comprised by Beth Dillon, Tomás Espinosa, Renata Har and Caique Tizzi.

Opening: Saturday 2nd of August 2014 From 2pm-9pm

Special thanks to: Project Space Festival Berlin and Our/Vodka Berlin
